I have just confirmed new spring course dates 20th Feb to March 29th. Make sure you are booked on the courses of your choice. Don’t delay!!!

I did it! I have recently enjoyed doing a further Pilates specialist qualification in Pre/Post Natal fitness. And I passed. Whoop,whoop pass me that champagne glass!

All Pilates courses resume from next Monday 9th Jan.

I have a couple of places available on a late Tuesday evening Pilates class, do you want to join me?? x

From January 2012 I am introducing a second Pilates session on a Thursday morning@10.30am in Grittleton.  If you would like to join Pilates or would just like to transfer to this later session so you can have a lie-in be sure to let me know. !!!

A big, big thank you to all the support I have had this week moving (at short notice!) all Grittleton Pilates sessions. Your powers of adaptability never cease to amaze me! xxxxx

Due to circumstances beyond my control I am unable to have the use of Grittleton Village Hall this coming week.

I have been able to secure the use of the hall at The Old Stables, Grittleton House School, and all Grittleton based Pilates sessions will transfer there at their usual times for this week only.
Directions are as follows-:

Drive into the entrance gates of Grittleton House School ( which is at the Grittleton crossroads ) and continue down the main drive (what out for the speeds bumps!), bear right at the bottom of the main drive following the track untill you arrive at a parking area and some convereted stables. I will be in the hall ready for class!

All classes resume from Monday 7th November. Hope you have all managed to keep fit and flexible in my absence! x
